特性
100Cr6轴承钢综合性能良好,淬火和回火后,硬度高且均匀,耐磨性能好,接触疲劳强度高。钢的热加工性好,球化退火后有良好的可切削性。
100cr6轴承钢,韧性较好,具有较好的回火稳定性,热处理时变形小。该钢中碳化物分布均匀,不易析出碳化物网,并易于正火消除,通过正火可以消除网状以及粗片碳化物组织。但是抗压强度和耐磨性不足,加工性较差。该钢的表面残余含碳量为0.6%—0.7%的脱碳层时,由于碳化物的减少使得表面层的过热敏感性增大。经正常加热淬火以后表面硬度仍可以达到60—62HRC,但其抗弯强度却下降40%—50%。表面层晶粒度达到7级,心部为10级。
该钢锻造性能良好,由于易脱碳,需要在中性气氛或者保护气氛炉中加热。施以锻热调质处理,可以获得细密的回火索氏体组织,简化工艺,省时节电,既有良好的切削加工性能,又有理想的余热处理组织。
该钢受热软化温度为320℃,淬透性比铬钢好,油淬淬硬性深度40—50mm。该钢零保温淬火韧化工艺,可以消除搓丝=板因常规淬火加热氧化脱碳造成的早期失效,不均匀奥氏体修或可以细化马氏体,搓火后得到隐晶马氏体或者细针状马氏体,这种组织强韧性好。
用途
宜制作壁厚≤12mm、外径≤250mm 的各种轴承套圈、钢球直径≤50mm、圆锥、球面滚子直径≤22mm及所有尺寸的滚针;还可用于制造量具、模具、木工刀具。制造内燃机。电机车、机床、拖拉机、轧钢设备、钻探机、铁道车辆以及矿山机械等传动轴上的钢球、滚子和轴套等。

热处理规范:850~860℃淬火,油冷;160℃回火2h。
金相组织:回火马氏体。

●交货状态:以热轧(锻制)退火,不退火,退火剥皮钢、冷拉(轧)圆钢,磨光圆钢、热轧钢管,退火剥皮钢管、冷拉(轧)钢管八种状态交货。

100Cr6 bearing steel has good comprehensive properties, quenching and tempering, high hardness and uniform, good wear resistance, high contact fatigue strength. The hot workability of steel is good, and it has good machinability.
100Cr6 bearing steel, toughness is good, with good tempering stability, heat treatment deformation is small. The steel carbide distribution, not to the precipitation of carbide network and easy to be normalized to eliminate, by normalizing can remove the mesh and plate coarse carbides. However, the compressive strength and wear resistance, poor processing. The steel surface residual carbon content of 0.6%, 0.7% of the decarburized layer, due to the carbide due to the decrease of surface layer of overheating sensitivity increases. The surface hardness can reach 60 to 62HRC after the normal heating and quenching, but the bending strength is decreased by 40% - 50%. The grain size of the surface layer reaches 7, and the heart is 10.
The good performance of steel forging, due to decarburization, need to be heated in a neutral atmosphere or protective atmosphere furnace.
